The Faculty of Sciences at the University of Sargodha is committed to excellence in higher education, scientific inquiry and research. The Faculty comprises eight academic departments: Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Earth Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, and Zoology and Statistics. These disciplines encompass a diverse range of scientific fields, from the fundamental principles of mathematical and physical sciences to the complexities of biological systems, geological processes, and environmental dynamics. This multidisciplinary structure provides a strong foundation for specialized education, interdisciplinary collaboration and scientific discovery.
The Faculty promotes an intellectually stimulating academic environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical learning, experimental investigation and evidence-based research.
