Dr. Muhammad Yaseen is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Extension, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sargodha Pakistan, and is engaged in teaching, academic research, and outreach extension activities. Also working as resource person/ trainer for various training and academic activities conducted at In-service Agricultural Training Institute, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, and Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. Completed his Ph.D. in 2016 from the Agricultural Information Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing China. Previously he worked as an Instructor in Agri. Training Institute of Department of Agriculture, Government of the Punjab, Pakistan and coordinated In-Service trainings for Extension Field Staff. Also worked as Visiting Lecturer in Department of Agric. Extension, PMAS Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, and spent significant time at National Rural Support Program and worked on community development/ social mobilization and capacity building of farming communities. Also worked as a trainer at Technology Transfer Institute of NARC Islamabad. He completed his M.Sc. (Hons.) Agricultural Extension in 2005 and B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture in 2003 from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad Pakistan. He possessed 80+ research publications and book chapters in well reputed national and international journals. Currently involved in academic research and supervising PhD & MS students in the department.
