Profile

Dr. Muhammad Kamran belongs from Jhang, Punjab, serving as Assistant Professor at University of Sargodha (UOS) Pakistan. During PhD, I have worked on preharvest and post-harvest management by employing thermal germination modeling and zeolite beads drying & climate smart seed storage modules. I have been also the part of Wageningen University & Research Center, Netherlands as guest researcher and worked on expression of Aquaporins in germinating and developing cottonseed. While during MSc (Hons.) Agronomy I have worked on productivity enhancement of Direct Seed Rice (DSR) by seed invigoration. Currently, I am planning to establish an International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) Accredited Seed Quality Testing Lab at UOS, Pakistan.
