Overview

Advancing economic knowledge, data skills and policy insights for sustainable development.Economics helps societies use resources effectively, reduce inefficiency and achieve sustainable growth. Our teaching and research explore development challenges and the policies needed to address them, including those linked to the Sustainable Development Goals.Our research examines Pakistan’s transition from a resource-driven economy towards greater efficiency and innovation. Students learn to analyse these changes using economic theory, quantitative methods and data tools.
