Blood Donor Society University of Sargodha has initiated a 3-day blood screening and donor registration camp to encourage students participation in blood donation and raise awareness about thalassemia.

The camp is being organized with the collaboration of the Directorate of Students Affairs.

Pro Vice-Chancellor University of Sargodha Prof. Dr. Mian Ghulam Yasin inaugurated the blood screening camp. The camp offers free blood tests for students and encourages donor registration to support thalassemia patients.

While addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Mian Ghulam Yasin praised the efforts of the Blood Donor Society, stating that students who contribute to the welfare of society alongside their studies are valuable assets. He emphasized that helping someone in difficult times and saving lives by donating blood is a continuous act of charity.
